Role and Background
Javier has extensive experience in organisational development and working with quality standards, operating internationally with a wide range of clients, including large organisations and small and medium enterprises.
He has been a Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) auditor for over five years and has vast experience around the SQM auditing process. During this time he has worked with dozens of providers reviewing their internal systems and procedures and offering support to become fully compliant with the SQM Standard.
Javier has excellent skills in relationship building and project management, and is used to delivering projects cost effectively and on time. He is able to communicate at all levels both in English and Spanish, and through a customer focused approach and an energetic drive, he has successfully supported organisations towards identifying and implementing practical solutions to different business needs.
Javier’s past roles have included project and contract management at the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and Skills Brokerage for the London Development Agency (LDA). He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a qualified coach through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). He is also a Law Society Accredited Lexcel Consultant and a registered Investors in People (IIP) Practitioner.
