The Law Society's Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme provides a quality standard for wills, probate and estate administration practices.

We can assist practices considering applying for accreditation and will be able to provide assistance with the application process.

Investors in People

Investors in People is one of the most widely recognised quality marks amongst members of the general public and accreditation to it demonstrates that employers take the development and management of their staff seriously. Organisations that treat staff well tend to take client care very seriously and many potential clients view the IiP logo as a leading badge of quality.

We are able to prepare and submit guaranteed applications for achieving the Investors in People standard.

If you are already Lexcel accredited or you maintain a Specialist Quality Mark quality assurance system, it is likely that you will have most of the processes in place to achieve the IiP standard.
