Role and Background
We welcomed Finn to our office based team in July 2024. Finn assists law firms in obtaining and maintaining quality standards, including SQM, Lexcel and CQS accreditations.
His work spans a wide range of responsibilities – from reviewing and drafting documents to advising clients on compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations, AML requirements and Data Protection/ GDPR obligations. Finn also provides guidance on conflicts of interest, Legal Aid Agency (LAA) compliance and sanctions-related queries.
Finn plays a central role in guiding firms through the SRA authorisation process. Having worked with a diverse range of practices – varying in size and service offerings – Finn has developed a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and the practical steps required to obtain authorisation.
Finn graduated from Nottingham Trent University with an LLB Law (Hons) degree in 2024. He has previous experience in various fields, including retail, events, and English language training.
