Role and Background
We welcomed Robyn to our office based team in January 2021. Robyn works with our team to assist our clients with the obtaining and maintaining of quality standards. She also assists in the preparation & submission of SRA and BSB new firm applications.
She also develops and maintains our professional grade cloud-based compliance software which fully meets the requirements of the SRA’s Standards and Regulations and manages client’s access controls.
Robyn worked within a family law firm for five years in different roles from admin/reception, to mediation co-ordinator and business support assistant, which included maintaining the firm’s Lexcel accreditation. She also has an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
