In this free 1 hour webinar, Natalie Wilkins will discuss the principles in cases involving non-accidental injury and speak to Lyndsey Sambrooks-Wright about her experience dealing with common issues such as fractures and bruising, as well as more complex allegations including ‘shaken baby syndrome’ and ingestion of drugs.’

Natalie Wilkins, Garden Court North Chambers

Natalie practises in asylum, immigration and nationality, family, housing and public law. She has represented many vulnerable clients, including children, clients with serious mental health difficulties, domestic violence survivors and victims of trafficking.

Lyndsey Sambrooks-Wright, Garden Court North Chambers

Lyndsey joined Garden Court North Chambers in 2019.  She is regularly instructed in public and private family law matters, including cases with an international element, as well as the Court of Protection.  Lyndsey also maintains a criminal defence practice and is an experienced mediator.
