In this free 1 hour webinar, Lyndsey Sambrooks-Wright and Natalie Wilkins will discuss how to approach proceedings involving domestic violence allegations, including PD12J, schedules of allegations, fact-finding hearings and recent caselaw developments, and the legal arguments for promoting contact with non-resident parents, even where there have been some negative findings. They will also consider the recent case law in the most complex cases, including intractable cases and those involving alleged parental alienation.

Lyndsey Sambrooks-Wright, Garden Court North Chambers

Lyndsey joined Garden Court North Chambers in 2019. She is regularly instructed in public and private family law matters, including cases with an international element, as well as the Court of Protection. Lyndsey also maintains a criminal defence practice and is an experienced mediator.
