This free 1 hour webinar will provide an in-depth analysis of the likely issues raised in sex cases and the strategy to be adopted.  We will look at how best to approach  disclosure, third party material and material subject to dual jurisdictions.  We will discuss how best to utilise such material within the trial process, particularly with reference to s.41 cross examination on previous sexual history and s.28 cross-examination of young complainants.
