Tina is an established civil litigation barrister, specialising in Property and Landlord & Tenant (both residential and commercial). In addition, she is instructed on Partnership and Company Law matters.  Tina has regularly appeared at all levels of the court system including the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in both the Residential Property and Land Registration divisions, the County Court, the High Court and Court of Appeal.
