In this free 1 hour webinar, Beverley Sunderland of Crossland Employment Solicitors will cover the statutory requirements of a fair dismissal as well as the case law that has developed around it. She will also cover who can bring a claim and the many exceptions to the general rule about needing two years’ service. Beverley will also discuss the remedy that can be awarded if the dismissal is found to be unfair and the arguments open to an employer to reduce any award.
