In this free webinar held on 19 April 2021, Lyndsey Sambrooks-Wright and Natalie Wilkins of Garden Court North Chambers discuss how to approach proceedings involving domestic violence allegations, including PD12J, schedules of allegations, fact-finding hearings and recent caselaw developments, and the legal arguments for promoting contact with non-resident parents, even where there have been some negative findings.

They also consider the recent case law in the most complex cases, including intractable cases and those involving alleged parental alienation.
