In this free webinar held on 15 February 2021, Zara Walker and Rebecca Filletti of Garden Court North Chambers take a look at the Modern Slavery Act and examine how this legislation can be used as a defence for drugs offences. By looking at different scenarios, including county lines operations, we will explore how the National Referral Mechanism can be used to properly advise clients from the Police Station up to the Crown Court.
