In this free 1 hour webinar, Peter Cruickshank and Mira Hammad of Garden Court North Chambers will summarise some of the common offences used to charge protestors and some common defences that can employed in response. They will also summarise recent injunction cases involving protestors.

Peter Cruickshank | Barrister | Garden Court North Chambers

Peter has a wide ranging criminal defence practice and has represented clients on complex matters including involuntary intoxication, the proportionality of police behaviour, and malicious and sexual communications. He has a particular interest in protest law and successfully represented on appeal an Extinction Rebellion client arrested at Parliament Square in April 2019.
