In this free 1 hour webinar, Natalie Wilkins of Garden Court North Chambers will discuss tactics, arguments and evidence needed to challenge “not homeless” decisions where it is not reasonable for the person to continue to occupy accommodation due to violence, including cases of “other violence” and cases where urgent applications are required.
