In this free webinar held on 11 March 2021, Beverley Sunderland of Crossland Employment Solicitors covers the statutory requirements of a fair dismissal as well as the case law that has developed around it.
Beverley also covers who can bring a claim and the many exceptions to the general rule about needing two years’ service. She also discusses the remedy that can be awarded if the dismissal is found to be unfair and the arguments open to an employer to reduce any award.
