In this free 1 hour webinar, Jane Elliott-Kelly and Eric Fripp of 36 Public and Human Rights, 36 Group, survey legal provision for entry or remaining in the United Kingdom as an adult dependent relative, within the Immigration Rules HC 395, and outside it by reference to article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
