We draft and maintain comprehensive documents, provide expert advice, and assist on a range of compliance issues. Your Role:

As a Compliance Officer, you will:

  • Draft and review client documents.
  • Prepare new SRA firm authorisation applications.
  • Provide compliance advice and manage internal inboxes.
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients.
  • Review SRA-regulated law firm websites.
  • Draft compliance articles and guidance notes
  • Lead elements of internal team training.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Credentials:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
  • Proven experience of compliance in the legal sector

Desirable Attributes:

  • Ability to deliver external training on specific compliance topics.
